北京凯创金街商务酒店Traveler Alert All Bad:;1. No water in the bathroom sink. After asking them three times to fix it, I gave up and told the manager to change my room.;2. The cord from the desk lamp started smoking badly. I reported it to reception and housekeeping. No one bothered to check and see if there was a FIRE or not.;3. The carpet in the room was so dirty, a USA health inspector would close the hotel.;4. The location is fairly good, but the other factors are so bad, sorry - I just have to rate everything at a 1.;5. This was noy my first time to stay here, but is was my last ! ! !... 显示更多>>

北京凯创金街商务酒店So-So . . . I have stayed here several times before and it seems like each time my over-all impression goes down a bit more. This time we had to ask for the water to be turned on in our room.... 显示更多>>
北京凯创金街商务酒店Holiday in Beijing September 2010 Kaichuang Golden Street Business Hotel, Beijing: we stayed for total 12 days, the location is a perfect base for walking to the major tourist attractions and is close to the subway, good selection of shops and restaurants nearby.;The Hotel claims 4 stars, but is closer to 2 and a half /3 star for Western visitors. Bedrooms are small (thats acceptable in a city centre hotel) but there was no hairdryer or fridge (kettle was provided!).;Breakfast was included in the price quoted on 51booking but when we arrived we were told the dining room was closed - no alternative or compensation were offered.;The biggest difficulty with the hotel is the absence of anyone with reasonable English (this probably reflects the fact that their target audience is in reality travelling Chinese businessmen). When we booked with 51booking we booked on the basis of a six day for five day price deal. The receptionists did not seem to know anything about this and we had great difficulty in securing the agreed price (we did in the end mainly because we refused to settle the bill until the price we were quoted was agreed - make sure you have your printed confirmation price with you!!.;The other difficulty for tourists was that the concierge/travel desk did not have English and had little or no information about getting to tourist destinations. Booking a taxi or car/driver was almost too difficult to bother ( I have experience of much better service in other Beijing hotels. A final gripe - there was no bar where the group of us - 7 in total could sit & have a drink/coffee while we planned our strategy.;That said we thought Beijing was a wonderful city & certainly enjoyed our time in China!!!!... 显示更多>>
